Abstraction of Movement: Overhead Kick



This illustration is the motion of an overhead kick abstracted into one solid form. 

Each color in the final illustration represents the trajectory of a body part: right hand, left hand, head, right leg, and left leg. The solid form represents the space occupied over the course of the motion.
